Voter Registration
Deadline

To vote in the November general election, you must be registered by October 5th — 29 days before Election Day. Already registered? Confirm your information is current.

Online: Register at RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov using your Florida Driver License or ID number.

By Mail: Download the application and mail it so it arrives by October 5th.

In Person: Visit the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections, any DMV, or a public library.

October 22, 2026

Mail-in Ballot
Deadline

Your request for a vote-by-mail ballot must be received by the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections no later than October 22nd, 12 days before the general election.

October 19 – October 31, 2026

Early Voting
Opens

Early voting in Flagler County runs October 19th through October 31st, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. No appointment needed — vote on your schedule before Election Day.

November 3, 2026

General
Election Day

Polls are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You must be in line by 7:00 PM. Bring a valid photo ID with your signature. One of the following qualifies.

Florida Driver License or State ID Card
U.S. Passport or Passport Card
Military, Veteran, or NATO ID
Florida College or University Student ID
Any Government-Issued Photo ID with Signature
