Voter Registration
Deadline

You must be registered 29 days before Election Day. July 20th is your last chance. Register online in minutes, by mail, or in person at the Supervisor of Elections.

Online: Register at RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov using your Florida Driver License or ID number.

By Mail: Download the application and mail it so it arrives by July 20th.

In Person: Visit the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections, any DMV, or a public library.

August 6, 2026

Mail-in Ballot
Deadline

Your request for a vote-by-mail ballot must be received by the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections no later than August 6th, 12 days before the primary.

August 8–15, 2026

Early Voting
Opens

Don't wait for Election Day. Early voting runs August 8th through August 15th at designated sites across Flagler County. Vote on your schedule. No lines, no rush.

August 18, 2026

Primary
Election Day

Polls are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You must be in line by 7:00 PM. Bring a valid photo ID with your signature. One of the following qualifies.

Florida Driver License or State ID Card
U.S. Passport or Passport Card
Military, Veteran, or NATO ID
Florida College or University Student ID
Any Government-Issued Photo ID with Signature

General
Election Day

The general election follows the primary. Stay registered and ready. Polls open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with the same ID requirements. Your voice carries all the way through.
